Agentic Enterprise Search is an AI search designed to act as the connective tissue across the modern workplace. It allows users to instantly discover and act on information that lives across Salesforce CRM, Slack, Data Cloud, and external third-party source, all through a single, intelligent interface.

We have worked diligently with our CX, A11y, Dev & SLDS partners with the intention to create a completely accessible and central login built using the Salesforce Lightning Design System. This foundation and new experience will lend itself to increased usability and accessibility.

This project is taking over the Connected Apps experience. An External Client App is a framework that enables an external application to integrate with Salesforce using APIs and standard protocols.
This new experience will be more seamless, intuitive, and easy for our developers, admins, and customers to install create, manage, view, or even make a package-able app.

The Salesforce Authenticator App is unique in that it can automate requests for its users.
For this project we worked to make the language surrounding automation more understandable. We also implemented strategic design choices throughout the app to help our users understand why an automation succeeded or failed.
